Scope

Working in collaboration with Cooper Robertson, Gardiner & Theobald, Turner Construction, and Knoll, the current leadership team:

  • Led FF&E strategy, programming, and RFP development
  • Developed a customized product program not commercially available off-the-shelf
  • Translated architectural intent into buildable, cost-aligned furniture solutions
  • Coordinated complex field conditions, shop drawings, and product adaptations
  • Supported procurement, installation, and day-two operational transition
